1. Program Overview

The Athlead.AI Referral Scholarship Program ("Program") rewards users who successfully refer new paid subscribers to our sports recruiting platform. This is an incentive program, not a sweepstakes or lottery.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Referrer Eligibility

To participate as a referrer, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have a valid, active account with Athlead.AI
• Be in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Use

4. Fraud Prevention and Security Measures

The following activities will result in immediate disqualification and potential account termination:

• Self-Referral: Referring yourself using alternate identities
• Payment Fraud: Using invalid payment methods or chargebacks
• Bot/Automation: Using automated systems to generate referrals
• Incentive Manipulation: Offering unauthorized incentives to referred users
• Family/Household Abuse: Excessive referrals from same household/IP address
• Professional Networks: Using professional recruiting networks inappropriately

5. Award Distribution

• No compensation for lost opportunity if program ends

• No liability for indirect or consequential damages
